Marie met her husband Chris in New York and they purchased their first rental property in 2005 and took on their first renovation project in 2007. They also purchased and ran a successful poolhall after Chris retired from the NYC Fire Department. Hurricane Sandy destroyed a renovation project and their 2 rental houses. They rebuilt the houses and six months later had a house fire so they decided to leave NY and relocate in sunny Arizona. Since moving to Phoenix in 2013 they have invested in many renovation projects. In 2014 they ventured into their first vacation rental property, and have acquired several other short term rentals since then. Marie and Chris love to play pool and compete in local leagues as well as national tournaments. They have 2 young boys that love helping with their real estate business and giving property updates.
